What the site uses

Calculator inputs are not submitted to our server. Optional saved scenarios and the theme preference use browser local storage; clear saved inputs using the tool control or your browser settings. Downloaded and printed files remain under your control.

When you register interest

We store your email address, the specific offer or updates you requested, the consent version and time, and your signup source page. We do not infer newsletter permission from a free download or a product-interest request. We use a temporary keyed hash of an IP address for abuse limits, not a marketing profile. Standard hosting access logs may separately include IP addresses and technical request information.

Retention and withdrawal

Product-interest, delivery-log and newsletter records have a 12-month retention period unless you renew permission. Rate-limit entries expire after 24 hours. Subscription confirmations include a signed unsubscribe link. You may also email support@warehouseops.in from the subscribed address to withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion. Future campaigns must include an unsubscribe route.

Email, payments and third parties

When email delivery is enabled, the WarehouseOps mailbox provider receives the subscriber address and message needed to send the confirmation, and support@warehouseops.in receives a new-signup notification. Delivery status is retained privately; mailbox passwords are stored outside the public website. Payments are currently disabled and no card details are collected. Before payment activation, this notice will identify the payment provider actually enabled. External links and WhatsApp operate under their own policies. No advertising or audience analytics scripts are enabled in this release.
