The toolkit

Twelve calculators

Each one answers a question a warehouse, planning or logistics team actually hits, shows the formula it used with your numbers in it, and exports the result. All free, no sign-up, and everything runs on your own device.

No sign-up Data never leaves your browser CSV export on every tool

Fill Rate Calculator

Line fill, unit fill and order fill side by side — the three numbers most teams confuse with each other.

Free tool

Safety Stock & Reorder Point

Service-level driven safety stock with both demand and lead-time variability, plus the reorder point.

Free tool

Pallet & Truck Load Planner

Pallets per truck by both orientations, with a diagram and a clear call on whether volume or weight binds.

Free tool

EOQ Calculator

Economic order quantity with the full total-cost curve, so you can see how flat the optimum really is.

Free tool

ABC–XYZ Classifier

Paste your SKU data, get a nine-box classification by value and demand volatility. Nothing is uploaded.

Free tool

Warehouse Space & Racking

Pallet positions from floor area across selective, double-deep, drive-in and VNA configurations.

Free tool

Inventory Turns & DOH

Turns, days on hand and the working capital tied up in stock — with a benchmark by industry.

Free tool

Cycle Count Sample Size

Statistically defensible sample size with finite population correction — not a guess at 10%.

Free tool

Freight Cost Comparator

Chargeable weight and cost per kg across modes, so air vs road vs rail is an actual comparison.

Free tool

Manpower & Productivity

Headcount required from volume, productivity standards and shift pattern — with absenteeism built in.

Free tool

OTIF & Dock-to-Stock

On-time and in-full split apart, because the combined number hides which half is broken.

Free tool

Landed Cost Calculator

FOB to landed, with GST shown separately as creditable rather than buried in the cost.

How these fit together

They are not twelve unrelated gadgets. Most warehouse problems chain across several of them, and the tools are built to hand off to each other:

  • Service problem? Start at fill rate to see which of the three measures is failing, then ABC–XYZ to find which items are causing it, then safety stock to fix the levels.
  • Too much stock? Turns and DOH quantifies the cash trapped, ABC–XYZ shows where it sits, and EOQ corrects the order quantities.
  • Running out of space? Space and racking tells you what the building can really hold before you sign for a bigger one — and turns is often the cheaper answer.
  • Transport cost rising? Truck load shows whether you are shipping air, and the freight comparator whether you are paying for it.
  • Sourcing decision? Landed cost for the true unit cost, then safety stock for what the longer lead time costs you permanently.

Every calculator page also has a worked example and a list of the mistakes that make the number wrong — which is usually more valuable than the arithmetic itself.
